Wealth, in our opinions, is defined by more than just mere financial success. Relationship, spiritual, and values are all forms of wealth that never make it into an investor’s balance sheet. These forms of wealth, in addition to financial, are what the WIN community we’re building is all about. WIN stands for “Wealth Investor Network” and is our tribe of abundance-minded commercial real estate investors in northern New Jersey. We wanted to start a group of special individuals that weren’t just attracted to commercial real estate for the dollars and accolades, but for making an impact on communities.
Last month, we had the pleasure of hosting our third event: a Brewery tour meetup in Marc’s hometown of Jersey City, NJ. The event was a smashing success as our members got to enjoy some cold ones, share knowledge, and connect with other investors and real estate entrepreneurs of all levels. This is an inclusive group that we’ll look to hold events for in the future including hiking & nature, volunteering, workshops, speaker presentations, and more.
